Rebecca Zegles, Operations Director at Retter Capital Management

An industry veteran, Rebecca joined Retter Capital Management in 2019 after a lengthy career at Raymond James that began in 1997 as Rebecca Stafford. She spent many years working alongside Edwin in a large and growing practice.

As a Client Service Associate, she earned her Series 7 General Securities Representative License in 2004, which allowed her to expand duties and offer an even higher level of client service and support.

In 2010, seeking more autonomy, she joined an independent adviser, Mark Parsons, in Vero Beach. Her duties expanded to include all operational and client-related activities as well as compliance. This history and experience allowed her to coordinate their transition to a fully independent registered investment advisory firm in 2019.

Born in Litchfield, Illinois, to a military family and raised in Melbourne by way of California, Rebecca now lives in West Melbourne with her husband, Shawn, and enjoys traveling, boating and volunteering.

She continues to assist Mr. Parsons in his business and serves as our Operations Director.
